SIRCOA may offer a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty on eligible products.

It does not cover ordinary wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, water damage, heat exposure, unauthorised modifications, damage caused during installation, or damage caused by failure to care for the product properly.

Where a valid warranty claim is approved, we may choose to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at our discretion, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You should not overload the pocket, hang the frame using unsuitable fixings, expose the item to excessive moisture, place it near open flames, or use it in a way that may cause damage.

SIRCOA is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, overloading, poor handling, unsuitable wall fixings, environmental exposure, or failure to follow care instructions.
