What we collect

We collect only what is required to process orders and reply to enquiries: your name, email, shipping address, order details, and any message you send us. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and Shop Pay we never see or store full card details.

How we use it

• To fulfil and ship your order.
• To reply to you.
• To send order updates and (only if you opt in) the SIRCOA newsletter.

Who we share with

Only the services we need to run the studio: Shopify (commerce), Australia Post / DHL (delivery), and our email provider. None of these resell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to studio@sircoa.com.
