If a piece doesn't belong in your room, send it back. We refund in full within 5 business days of receipt.
How it works
- Write to studio@sircoa.com within 30 days of delivery.
- We email a pre-paid return label (Australia) or DHL pickup (international, postage at cost).
- Pack the piece in its original linen wrap and box.
- Refund issued to the original payment method on receipt.
Conditions
- Unused, with original packaging.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
- Sale items can be returned for store credit.
Faulty or damaged
If something arrives less than perfect, write to us with a photo within 7 days. We will replace or fully refund including shipping, both ways.
